Here are the nuts and bolts of writing a proper notice. It is on a different subject but the principles remain the same.

Here in the Glendale, Burbank, La Canada area and vicinity I know there have been efforts to move the school boards to do the people’s will. Although our activists are aware of the Notice and Affidavit process they continue to ignore it.
Can anyone tell me why this is so?
