Jack Brewer lays out the case before Congress.  Congress, of course, will not listen.  The correlation between the absence of fathers in the home and elevated levels of crime, violence, drug use, suicide, incarceration, has been known for at least 40 years.  Yet Congress continues to incentivize the disaster of single motherhood.
