Texas corruption, the Paxton railroading

No question but that Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton was on to something when he proposed to investigate the 2020 and 2022 elections in Texas.  The fact that not only did the Democrats vote a to impeach him, most Republicans did as well.  Your Irascible Correspondent is pretty well jaded having watched legislatures making sausage all these years.  The only issue remaining to settle between them is just how the ‘product’ of the Taxpayer funded gravy train will be divvied up.  Paxton’s impeachment was a bipartisan  put up to keep the corruption under wraps.  The following clip says it all.
