Is it possible to retain your rights if you are ignorant of the law? No.

It is said that ignorance of the law is no excuse, which is true enough.  But what is also true, and much overlooked, is that ignorance of the law enables those who act contrary to the law but under the color of law to ride roughshod over We the People.  Time to fix that.
