EMERGENCY ALERT: Keep abortion ‘rights’ OUT of the California Constitution

Because of Roe v. Wade (evil and unconstitutional since 1973) being overturned, California’s Democrat state legislators are rushing to make California even more pro-abortion by placing the “fundamental right” of baby-killing into the State Constitution.

By proclaiming “The state shall not deny or interfere with an individual’s reproductive freedom in their most intimate decisions, which includes their fundamental right to choose to have an abortion,” SCA 10 would continue the California carnage of taxpayer-funded abortion procedures or pills for any girl or woman, regardless of age, any stated reason, ability to pay, or number of previous abortions.

A proposed state constitutional amendment, SCA 10 requires a two-thirds vote of both the Assembly and the Senate, followed by an affirmative majority vote of the People.

The good news is, despite SCA 10 already passing the Democrat-controlled State Senate, this murderous measure might be defeated in the State Assembly on Monday, if you take quick action today. If even only 7 Democrats abstain, SCA 10 will be defeated!

The Assembly floor session is Monday, June 27 at 1:00 p.m. SCA 10 is Senate Bills 3rd Reading, File Item 62.

Because proposed state constitutional amendments require a two-thirds vote of each house of the California Legislature, SCA 10 might not pass the State Assembly, where it will fail if 7 Democrats do not support it. Here’s the math: There are currently 60 Democrat state assemblymembers, and two-thirds of 80 members total is 54 yes votes.

Remember, on May 26, without any Republican assemblymembers speaking against it, AB 2223 legalizing infanticide passed the Assembly floor with several Democrat abstentions. Because SCA 10 requires a two-thirds vote, if these same members abstain again, SCA 10, the new goal of pro-abortion Gov. Gavin Newsom, will fail and not make the ballot.

Please take quick action: If you’re seeing this in time, you have Sunday afternoon, Sunday night, and Monday morning to tell the deciding votes, “Keep this divisive issue OFF the ballot. Oppose SCA 10.” Leave anonymous voicemails for all until Monday 8am. Yet if calling your own assemblymember, please identify yourself and where you live.
