DATE NIGHT AT THE REAGAN LIBRARY! MOVIE AND WINE TASTING
THURSDAY, MARCH 3, 2022
6:00 P.M. Wine Tasting
7:30 P.M. Movie
As an actress, Nancy Davis Reagan appeared in many films. The role she may be most remembered for was in Hellcats of the Navy, in which she co-starred with the love of her life, Ronald Reagan.

However, it is said that Mrs. Reagan was personally most proud of the movie The Next Voice You Hear as it was the film that received the most acclaim. The story is told through the lives of Joe (James Whitmore) and Mary Smith (Nancy Davis Reagan), a typical American couple. The voice of God mystically appears on the radio changing all who hear it. In commemoration of our leading lady’s acting career, The Ronald Reagan Presidential Foundation and Institute invites you to a complimentary screening of the film, and the ability to purchase a ticket for the wine tasting just before the movie.

The signage, décor, and other key elements of this pub are preserved artifacts imported from the original Reagan Pub in Ballyporeen, Ireland. Ronald Reagan himself visited his namesake pub on a 1984 diplomatic trip to Ballyporeen. President Reagan stated that, “St. Patrick’s Day is not only the feast day of a great man of God, it is a symbol of the commitment of the Irish people to freedom, to justice, and to the values upon which Western civilization is built.”
