Four steps: 1.Enter Quantity below, click the ADD TO CART button for each category you want to purchase ONCE ONLY (unless your are buying more than one).
2. Then REVIEW your selection above.
3. If you are not satisfied with you choice click the red X on the right to cancel it and start over.
4. Once you are satisfied click the CHECKOUT BUTTON that will appear right above the little shopping cart on the left to be taken to the PayPal page.

DO NOT click ADD TO CART AGAIN.
The Pay by Credit Card option is at the bottom of the PayPal page.  PayPal is pretty insistent that you log in or create an account, but just tell it you want to check out as GUEST and it will eventually relent and let you.
