Pastor Carl Toti is a gifted speaker who is passionate about communicating the gospel. His dynamic speaking style and challenging messages capture the attention of a full spectrum of audiences.

Pastor Carl became the Senior Pastor of Trinity Church in 2001. He and his family moved to Lubbock, Texas from Albuquerque, New Mexico.

He is a graduate of Rhema Bible Training Center and received his Master of Arts in Theological Studies from Vision University in Ramona, California. As the Senior Pastor of Trinity Church, Pastor Carl leads not only the direction of Trinity Church but also Trinity Christian School. Trinity Christian School currently has 600+ students enrolled in the Early Education Center through High School. In 2008, he received his certification as a Professional Executive Coach. Pastor Carl has since authored the Biblical Life Coach Curriculum, a fully accredited option for pursuing a license in professional coaching.

He is married to Gloria who serves as the Women’s Ministry Director on staff at Trinity. Both Pastor Carl & Gloria are graduates of Texas Tech University and are blessed with two sons: Nathan and Jonathan.

Dr. John Thomas is a general surgeon with an expertise in advanced laparoscopic and minimally invasive surgery. After finishing his double major in Biology and Chemistry at Houston Baptist University, he attended University of Texas Health Science Center where he earned his Medical Doctorate in 1993. Dr. Thomas completed his residency in general surgery and a post-doctoral fellowship in laparoscopy at Louisiana State University Medical Center. He also completed training with the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery to perform laparoscopic weight loss surgery. Dr. Thomas introduced the first Hormone Pellet Therapy in Lubbock, Texas in 2013. He has since performed over 4,000 pellet procedures and offers a full line of nutraceuticals. He is the owner of South Plains Surgical Associates, as well as Lindsey’s Medical Day Spa, where he also serves as the Medical Director. He is the Founder and President of Operation Hope; a nonprofit organization that pays for food, shelter, and education for children internationally as well as in Texas. Dr. Thomas is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Surgeons, and the American Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Society. He also currently serves as the Medical Director for Evexias Health Solutions, and is a member of the Medical Advisory Board for DaVinci Laboratories. He has received numerous awards and honors including 2009 Moderator of the First Mesopotamia Medical Conference in Kurdistan, Iraq; 2009 Red Cross Medical Champion of the Year Award: Presented by Congressmen Randy Neugebauer; 2012 Ellis Island Medal of Honor; 2013 Honorary Guest for National Prayer Breakfast in Washington D.C.; 2015 Invited Speaker at the 6th Annual John C. McDonald Surgical Society; 2016 Invited Speaker at Annual Mesopotamia Medical Conference in Turkey; 2017 Invited Speaker at Texas Tech Honors College; 2019 Honorary Guest of the Republican National Hispanic Assembly at the United States/Mexico/Canada Agreement White House Briefing in Washington D.C.; 2019 Caprock Patriot Revival Chairman. He is happily married to his wife, Keri and also a proud father of his son, Andrew Jonathan Thomas.
