Call to action!

In discussing what is to be done to save our beloved Republic with various people the consensus is that most Republicans can’t be asked to do very much because they aren’t used to it and won’t do it.  Most of us get together with other Republicans once in a while, chit chat, discuss, socialize and go home to watch Fox or NewsMax or whatever, confident that we’ve done our civic duty till the next election day comes around.  This behavior is observably true in the main.  What has not been proven true is that this is all Republicans are willing or able to do.  I am going to test that assumption.

Ladies and gentlemen last November we witnessed our nation attacked and suborned by acts of treason more blatant and more terrible than any in recorded history.  The American Republic has fallen.  That’s the first part of the bad news, which by this point is no news at all.  The second part of the bad news is likely not news either: no one is coming to save us.  Not Trump.  Not Congress (oh, PLEASE!).  Not the military.  Not the Judiciary.  Not the State Legislatures.  Not Law Enforcement.  Nobody is coming.  None of the institutions designed to protect us will come to our aid because all have been corrupted and subverted.  We are on our own.

We are on our own. That is the good news.  Nobody is coming but we are here and we are Americans.  It is our duty and our privilege to  restore the Republic.  This is not the first time Americans have been underestimated by our foes.  Every single time America has been attacked we get knocked back on our heels, our enemies laugh at us while we are down and they gloat over their easy victory.  Every time!  Every time we pick ourselves up and deliver a licking they never forget.  Every time!  Every damned time and still they don’t learn.  This time is no different.

So I’m assuming leadership as I don’t see anybody else doing anything effective.  The rule is, “Lead, follow or get out of the way.”  If somebody with a better plan comes along I’ll step back and follow, meanwhile here’s the plan (there’s more, but not right now).

I’ve created a new legal entity called California MAGA Coalition.  Rather than waste time and money I really don’t have, I’m trying to get it under a PAC umbrella so I can accept tax deductible donations, and yes, I have donations already.  At this point we are just starting out so it is going to be limited to folks in Assembly District 43, Glendale, Burbank, La Crescenta, Montrose, La Canada/Flintridge, parts of Los Angeles, Sunland and Tujunga.  Why there, you ask?  Because that is the data I have in usable albeit cumbersome form.  Donations will go towards getting data for other Assembly Districts so the plan can be replicated across California.  Yup, all of California.  It doesn’t cost any more to think big than it does to think small.

Here is what you are to do, Patriot, pay attention.  You are going to send me your name, address, phone number and email address.  I will then send you a walking list for your precinct.  Yes, a precinct is pretty big, but all you have to do is your immediate block, up and down your street, and (at least to start) and only your block.  The list will have the names, addresses and party affiliation of the people living on your block.  Likely you already know some of these people.  You are going to knock on every REPUBLICAN door.  There are likely more than you think.  Not Democrats, Independents, Libertarian or any other kind, just Republican.  You will identify yourself as a representative of the Republican Party and ask them to complete a short survey.  The survey will be provided once I have your info and send you your precinct list.  I will then collect the results of the survey.  Congratulations, you just became a Precinct Captain!

Why will you be doing this?  I’m so glad you asked!

What you are looking for is like minded people to from into a little Republican communities.  You will be reaching out to these people at least once a month with information relevant to Republicans.  All Republicans have been feeling isolated, scared and afraid to talk about their political views even with like minded people.  In part this is due to the failure of GOP leadership and in part the huge anti GOP propaganda on all sides.  If somebody is nasty and abusive, mark that on your survey and leave them alone.  My rule of thumb is, if they don’t spit in your face they are willing to be your friend.  But remember, what we are really looking for are conservative Republicans – we don’t need any more RINOs!

“Now wait just a cotton pickin’ minute,” I hear you thinking, “this bears a faint resemblance to work!”  How astute of you to notice!  Yes it does.  It is the work we Americans used to take for granted, work that was fun and interesting and work that we took pride in.  It is work that because it hasn’t been done for decades has resulted in the mess we are now in.  We abdicated our civic responsibility and as a result we have a Commie Revolutionary Junta in DC and Sacramento fixing to strip us of our dignity, our liberty and our property; and that of our children and grandchildren.  I have said it before, it is clearer now than ever: we are cattle to them.  I can’t live with that.  I’m betting neither can you.

Few Americans now alive remember Pearl Harbor and the terrible war that followed.  Over half a million of our fathers, uncles, grandfathers, brothers never came home, leaving behind Gold Star Families everywhere.  Even more were maimed in body and mind and soul.  On the home front millions of women left their homes and threw themselves into wartime production, facing rationing and endless drives to collect scrap for the war effort.  It was bitter.  It was hard.  It was heart breaking.  It was agony.

Our Pearl Harbor was Election Day 2020.  We suddenly found ourselves at war with a covert enemy that can’t be defeated by armies, navies or air forces.  It is a new kind of war (every war is) and it is up to us to fight it, there isn’t anybody else.  As with every war we will devise stratagems never seen before, mostly developed by the soldiers in the field (something at which Americans excel).  Following the battle of the Coral Sea the after action report was just a few pages, the lessons learned and recommended changes was a small book and were already being implemented in the fleet before the week was out.  That’s why Americans win, we don’t wait to be told what to do, we latch on to good ideas and get going.

Saving the Republic is up to We the People.  That doesn’t mean somebody else, it means you and me.  It is going to be bitter, hard, heartbreaking and agonizing.  No illusions about that!  Lesser concerns must be set aside even if it means no cookies for the grandkids till after making your phone calls or door knocks.  Take them with you, they are in the fight too, like it or not.  Teach them by your example.  Nobody can do everything, but everybody can do something.  So do it.

When I joined up, I was 18, I took the oath of enlistment.  It went like this:

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will obey the orders of the President of the United States and the orders of the officers appointed over me, according to regulations and the Uniform Code of Military Justice. So help me God.

Perhaps a new oath is needed for this new war:

I, (NAME), do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; and that I will fulfill the duties of a loyal citizen of the United States of America; and, that I will perform to the best of my ability, all the duties pertaining to me during this national emergency. So help me God.

In this war we are all targets, there are no non-combatants.  All of us are in the soup.  Getting out of this mess and restoring the Republic is going to have to be a monumental national effort by We the People.  No matter you are retired, no matter you have a demanding job, no matter you have kids, no matter you don’t have the strength, you can and must do something.  Do you think the Marines on Guadalcanal, sick with dysentery and under supplied, weren’t tired?  Do you think the Sailors at Leyte Gulf, surprised, outnumbered and out gunned, wanted to attack the enemy cruisers and battleships?  Do you think the “Boys of Point du Hoc” didn’t want to be someplace, anyplace else on D-Day?  Do you think the men of the 8th Air Force wanted another dawn takeoff to face the flack, the Luftwaffe and the terrible odds of survival that day?

The men and women in these examples, and many more from Valley Forge to Afghanistan, had two things in common: 1. they hated the desperate situations they were in, and 2. they were determined not to quit, they were determined to win.  They didn’t quit, that is why they are heroes.  A new war has enveloped us, right here at home.  It is a new kind of war, 5th generational war.  That means that is not somebody else’s war to fight, its not going to be fought someplace else, its not going to be fought at a more convenient time: its you and me right here right now.

You are not alone.  All across America millions of our brothers and sisters are realizing that something dirty is afoot even if many don’t know exactly what or how.  They are looking for answers and taking action, just like we are, and just like us, they are determined to win no matter the cost.

We have been decapitated by big media and big tech censorship, just as our enemies planned.  What they overlooked is that we are Americans, a CAN-DO people who don’t stand around waiting for somebody in charge to tell us what to do.  I am not telling you what to do, I am offering you a plan and a reason to make that plan your own.  The rest is up to you.  We can restore the Republic, with God’s help we will.

Be patient as the precinct data is not in user friendly form (one reason we need money, to fix that).
