Let’s face it. The rollback of the Covid madness is just temporary to avoid getting clobbered in the midterms. Once they have safely “FORTIFIED” their way to electoral victory they intend to lower the boom even harder. This is not all, they have other “goodies” lined up for us, see the list here.
AB1993: Employer/Employee/IC’s COVID-19 Mandate for all Californians

AB1993 would force All employers, including independent contractors, to mandate their employees be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and provide verification of their immunization status as a Requirement of employment.
From the author, Buffy Wicks’ Fact Sheet, AB1993 will require:
- Businesses to require their employees, including independent contractors, to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
- An employee or contractor to test if that individual qualifies for a medical or religious exemption.
- New hires to have at least one dose of the COVID-19 vaccine by the time of their start date, and the second dose within 45 days.
- A penalty for businesses that are non-compliant.
- The California Division of Occupational Safety and Health to work in consultation with the California Department of Public Health to provide guidance to employers on what constitutes a medical condition, disability, religious belief and valid vaccination status.
