A Republic If You Can Keep It!

America’s second president, John Adams said:

We should be unfaithful to ourselves if we should ever lose sight of the danger to our Liberties if anything partial or extraneous should infect the purity of our free, fair, virtuous, and independent elections.

If an election is to be determined by a majority of a single vote, and that can be procured by a party through artifice or corruption, the Government may be the choice of a party for its own ends, not of the nation for the national good.

Our Founding Fathers, who wisely formed a Constitutional Republic rather than a monarchy or democracy, understood America would not survive if unscrupulous leaders became able to usurp the government for their own personal or political priorities.

They warned that we must be on vigilant guard against people promoting only their own interests who could infect and undermine fair, honest and transparent elections in order to seize and stay in power.

Sadly, in California today we find ourselves suffering from just that infection and undermining.

Election Integrity Project^®California has spent the last 11 years researching and documenting exactly how unscrupulous leaders have passed laws, emergency regulations and policies that resulted in the implementation of an arguably unconstitutional election process that makes it possible for those in positions of power and authority to stay in power.

Our Republic will not survive if citizens are not able to Keep the Republic by actually determining who will represent them by way of fair, honest and transparent elections.

Our nation was created by people who, in Thomas Jefferson’s words, were “free and who mean to remain so.”  They weren’t about to give up their liberties to an overbearing government.  After all, they revolted against a king to earn the right to live free.

They believed government was necessary only to protect the citizens’ natural rights to life, liberty and property and was to act only in areas where the people intentionally granted authority.

Yet today in California we live under oppressive laws, rules and regulations granted to the “government” by the governors, bypassing We the People entirely.

Election Integrity Project^®California (EIPCa) has worked with California citizens to research and document the dictates of unscrupulous leaders and their destructive impact on election integrity in California.

That documentation is the evidence EIPCa now submits in two lawsuits.

• One is in State Court regarding violation of citizen observer rights.
• One is in Federal Court alleging a multitude of election laws, emergency regulations and policies to be unconstitutional. It is now being reviewed in the 9^th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Lawsuits are expensive so it will take every concerned citizen working together to restore integrity to our elections and Keep our Republic.
